Leon Bontrager
President
Mr. Bontrager has over 10 years experience in the design and development of power and automation solutions for the RV and Specialty Mobile Vehicle market. He has designed the next generation electrical system for luxury coaches, running as much as 14000 watts at 120/240 VAC through the inverter system. His diverse project history includes design of critical electrical systems for applications ranging from the mobile medical industry to the extreme remote mining industry and communication sites. Leon also owns and operates Home Energy LLCwhich specializes in solar, wind, generators, and battery back-up systems utilizing power inverters.
Gary Smallwood
Senior Engineer
Gary has been with Firefly Integrations since 2010. Gary is a licensed electrician and certified computer technician with over 30 years experience in the electronics and electrical industry. He is responsible for the development, design, programming and teshting of all Firefly systems.
Casey Wood
Graphics/Web Manager
Casey has over eight years of experience in multimedia and design, and as the Design/Website Manager, he has helped in the development and maintenance of the Firefly Integration website, marketing advertisements, and video projects. The rest of the time, he attempts to keep up with the always-evolving design trends to keep a fresh outlook and approach to company projects. When Casey is not at work he enjoys spending time with his beautiful family of four and riding motocross – a passion of over 20 years.

Marketing and Customer Service Manager
Kellie brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and customer service. She is responsible for developing company sales and marketing literature, including newsletters, advertisements and press releases. She is the blogger for the Firefly Integrations website and will be coordinating the local branch of the American Solar Energy Society’s National Solar Tour. Kellie and her husband, Tom, are the parents of two children.
